Systems & products

Different businesses. Connected ways of working.

These product efforts illustrate the operational scope of CTQ One. Status matters: an internal product, a customer implementation, and a concept are not the same kind of proof.

Internal product · In active development

Recruiting OS

A purpose-built recruiting system for candidate information, open searches, assignments, and follow-up. It addresses work that otherwise lives across a CRM, outreach tools, and separate records.

What is being built or explored

Candidate and job workflows, list and board views, recruiter assignments, archival controls, and outreach-related work are part of the product effort.

How we would evaluate the workflow

  • Time spent reconstructing candidate and job status
  • Record completeness and duplicate records
  • Follow-up visibility and recruiter adoption
Customer implementation · Evolving platform

Turf commerce & operations

A connected sales and operations workflow for turf businesses, from product information and quoting through fulfillment. The goal is to reduce the gap between a customer inquiry and the work required to deliver it.

What is being built or explored

The platform effort brings online turf sales and operational coordination together. Customer-specific scope and results must be evaluated individually.

How we would evaluate the workflow

  • Quote-to-order cycle time
  • Repeated entry between sales and fulfillment
  • Order completeness and customer handoff friction
Internal product development

Lawn & field-service operations

A workflow for recurring service requests, estimates, scheduling, crews, and completion. It focuses on the practical exceptions of field work, including changed schedules and customer updates.

What is being built or explored

The product effort includes request intake, recurring scheduling, crew views, and customer-related workflows. It is not presented here as a measured customer case study.

How we would evaluate the workflow

  • Administrative time per scheduled job
  • Missed or unclear assignments
  • Rescheduling effort and completion visibility
Concept · Scope under development

CrystalOS

An equipment-service concept connecting customers, used equipment, repair work, resale, inventory, and preventive maintenance. It is intended for the operational realities of equipment sales and service.

What is being built or explored

The proposed workflow links equipment history to customer follow-up and service planning. This is a concept, not a claim of a launched customer system or verified savings.

How we would evaluate the workflow

  • Completeness of equipment and service records
  • Time spent locating parts and job history
  • Preventive-service follow-up coverage
